Milestones
- Month 1 • Kickoff & Scope: define Model/Structure for the AI integration Team & success metrics; repos/CI; order kits.
- Month 2-3 • Foundations: sensor bring-up; ingestion/feature pipeline; pilot data round 1. First prototype
- Month 3-4 • Prototype: working prototype; model selection; integrate real data; UI stub.
- Month 4+ • Complete: freeze config; write results; record a short demo. Final prototype finshed
